REGISTRATION 报名

 

Once you have submitted this form and make payment. Our staff will contact you and confirm your booking. Please keep the payment transaction receipt as proof and send it to our staff who contact you. Only after full payment, you will secure a place in the camp, and it is first come first serve until all places are taken. If the camp is overbooked and we fail to provide a place for your child. We will inform you immediately and refund your payment fully.

 

To be fair to every camper, and to ensure the fluency of camp and that all the campers can enjoy the camp the most, please ensure your child/children will be able to attend full courses of the camp. In case you know beforehand the child will be absent or excused early from the camp, please consider attending the camp at another timing. There will be no reduction of payment for campers who know that he/she will be absent or excused early upon confirmation of booking.

 

填写报名表并支付营地费用全款后即视为完成报名。填写报名表后会有工作人员主动联系，请截屏付款页面或保存付款单据，提交工作人员确认报名成功。所有营地的报名都是先交款,先得制。若由于报名超过限额而报名失败，工作 人员会立刻联系您，并给与全额退款。

 

为对营员公平，保证营员得到最好得体验和营地顺利进行，请在报名前确认孩子能全程参加营地，如果提前知道需要早退或者缺席，请尽量考虑安排孩子参加下一次营地。对于报名时已经知道需要早退或者缺席的营员，我们不会因 此减免费用。

 

REFUND 退款

 

All payments for classrooms, venues, tickets, and transportation are made in advance. For cancellation of booking 14 days before the camp, you will get full refund. For cancellation of booking between 14 to 3 days before the camp, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. For cancellation of booking within 3 days before the camp, only 10% of the payment will be refunded. After the camp has started, there will be no refund. However, if the minimum number of campers are not reached and we need to cancel the camp. We will notify you two weeks before the camp and make a full refund to you. For any personal reason, the camper is absent, late, or excused early from the camp, there shall be no refund. However, in the case of sickness or injuries, and with valid MC, we would consider arranging the camper to finish the remaining camp at another time free of charge, subject to availability.

 

所有营地使用的课室，场地，门票，还有车辆安排等都是提前付款的确认的。

报名成功后，营地开始 14 天前要取消报名, 退 100%的费用。

若在营地开始前 14-3 天取消报名，退 50%的费用。

若在营地开始前 3 天内取消报名，仅退 10%的费用。

营地活动开始后，不给予退款。

若由于招生不足，未达到开营最少人数，不能成行，营地将在开营前两个星期确认，并全额退款。

所有由于个人原因的晚到，早退或者缺席营地的营员，都不予退款。但是如果是因为疾病或者意外受伤退出营地，并出示有效的医疗证明，我们将尽量安排营员在下一次同一主题营地免费参加缺席的活动。

 

CAMP CLOSURE 营地关闭

We will consider all the possible situations and prepare backup plans for our activities before the start of the camp. During the camp, in the event of an accident, weather or other unforeseen circumstance that requires FOGG to close the camp including, by the relevant Singapore authorities, the organizer will not be obliged to refund all or any part of the fees for any period of closure. In this situation, we will make arrangements, where practicable, to ensure continuity of camp activities.

 

营地会在开营前认真考虑所有因素，并准备预备方案。若开营后由于意外，天气，政府要求或其他不可抗力的因素导致营地需要关闭，营地没有责任进行全部或部分的退款。届时，营地将尽力做出安排，在可行的情况下延续营地活动。

 

WEATHER 天气

In case of rain or other hostile weather conditions, we will have backup plans and will arrange indoor activities instead.

 

遇到雨天或恶劣天气，营地会有备用方案，安排在室内活动。

 

INSURANCE 保险

All children in our care are covered by our Accident Insurance but please ensure your child has up to date Accident and Medical Insurance.

 

营地会为所有营员购买意外保险，但请您确保孩子有自己有效的意外及医疗保险。

 

FIRST AID 急救措施

In the event of an accident, first aid actions will be administered to the camper, and the emergency services will be called if necessary, at the expense of the parent or guardian. Any objections to this please advice the camp organizer upon registration.

 

如果有意外发生，组织方会对孩子进行必要急救措施，并在需要时打电话要求医疗急救服务，所有医疗费用将由家长支付。如果您对此有异议，请在报名时提前通知。

 

CAMP ACTIVITIES 营地活动

Unless otherwise noted and indicated in an enclosed written doctor’s report, the camper will be permitted to engage in all the camp’s activities.

In the case that a camper who has skin allergy (e.g. eczema) to seawater and sand, respiratory disease (e.g. asthma), heart disease and so on, the camper should avoid water outdoor activity. Campers who are not confident/comfortable in water need to inform the instructor and teacher for extra care.

 

除非另有医生书面报告注明有活动不能参加，孩子将被允许参加营地的所有活动。

 

对海水和沙子皮肤过敏的营员（例如，湿疹），呼吸道疾病（例如，哮喘），心脏病等的营员，应该避免水上户外活动。若营员对进入海水没有信心或不舒服，请务必告知教官与老师，以得到特别关照。

 

EXCLUSION 离营

On rare occasions, a child proves incompatible with the general well-being of camp（e.g., bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, special needs not previously notified to Camp）, organizer reserve the right to exclude such children. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked. And any costs associated with the exclusion, including the child’s transportation home, will be the parent’s responsibility.

 

在极少数情况下，孩子被证明不适合参加营地（例如霸凌，干扰，攻击行为，以及没有提前告知组织方的特殊照顾需要等），组织方保留令孩子离营的权利。已交费用无法退回，任何离营相关费用（包括交通费）将由父母支付。

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS 照片和录像

Please be aware that we take photographs and videos of campers for the purpose of sharing in chat groups of parents. These photos and videos will be also used in our promotional material in social media and on our websites. Please advise FOGG camp organizer at the time of booking if you have any objections to photographs being taken and used for marketing materials.

 

请注意组织方会在孩子参加营地期间拍照和录像并分享在家长聊天群中。这些照片和录像也会用于我们的社交媒体和网站等的宣传中。如果您对此有任何反对意见，请一定在报名时通知 FOGG 营地组织方。

 

DATA PROTECTION 信息保护

Submitting this form means the parent or legal guardian agrees the organizer will collect camper's information and that this information will be passed to relevant staff for contacts, and our camp teachers who need to know the campers before the camp. We will also be sending you our future camp information and updates via the contact details. We will be following the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012) when dealing with your information.

 

填写报名表则视为家长或法定监护人同意组织方收集营员的身份信息，并提交给相关必须得到信息的人员如负责联系的工作人员，需要了解孩子特点和向家长反馈信息的营地老师等，并用于发送营地最新的产品介绍等。在处理这些 信息的时候我们会遵循个人信息保护法 Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012)。

CONFIRMATION 确认

I confirm that all information provided in the online form is accurate and complete. I understand that although my child/children will be supervised by FOGG staff, I assume the risk for my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and its event(s).

 

I acknowledge that I will not hold FOGG Camp and its employees and agents liable in the event that any accident, injury, loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or as a result of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and/or any event(s). This release of liability includes accident, injury, loss or damages to my child/children as well as, to other individuals or property which may result from my child’s/children’s participation in the event. I release and agree to indemnify FOGG Camp and its employees and agents, from any claims arising out of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and its event(s).

 

我确认所有在网上提交报名表信息是准确和完整的。我明白尽管 FOGG 员工会照顾我的孩子，我承担我孩子在参加其营地和活动时的风险。

 

我确认不会追究 FOGG 营地及其员工，跟中介的任何责任，包括所有意外，受伤，财物丢失或任何其他因我孩子参加营地或活动带来的情况和后果。免去营地责任包括我孩子参加营地所造成的我孩子或者参加营地的其他孩子的意外， 受伤，财物损坏和丢失等。我同意并免去 FOGG 营地及其员工和中介一切因我孩子参加其营地和活动带来的任何索赔的责任。
