Meet The Founder

Founder and executive director. Master of Child Psychology (Nanyang Technological University), Master of Education (Beijing Normal University). Si has served as the senior learning consultant for Fortune 500 companies while designing and implementing numerous leadership courses and high-potential talent training programs. She also participated in teacher development projects in China and Singapore, where she conducted lectures and provided tutoring. She developed an assessment tool called "Parental Education Adaptability Scale". Currently, she is devoted to the study of parenting style and the design of multi-intelligence learning programs.

 

As Si has been an instructor in many summer camps, she can assess the child’s underlying ability through his or her behavior. Whenever she discovers issues with the child’s psychological or behavioral development, she is able to resolve them effectively or provide useful advice to parents. A mother of two children, she put her educational philosophy into practice on a daily basis.
